Do I need to already have my Alabama real estate license?
Not to start a conversation. If you're actively studying for the exam or thinking about the career, we're happy to talk and help you plan your first 90 days. You will, of course, need your active license before you can write a deal under our brokerage.
What are your commission splits?
We offer several plans — graduated splits for agents building momentum, higher splits for experienced producers, and custom team structures. Splits are always transparent, and we'll walk you through the exact numbers during your intro meeting. No surprises.
Are there desk fees, franchise fees, or hidden costs?
No desk fees. No franchise fees. The only costs you'll see are standard industry items you'd pay anywhere — your MLS dues, your E&O insurance (billed per transaction), and your Association of Realtors membership. We'll show you every line item up front.
What training and mentorship do you provide?
New-agent onboarding covers contracts, CMAs, buyer/seller consultations, MLS, CRM, and marketing basics. Then ongoing: weekly team huddles, deal debriefs, 1-on-1 broker check-ins, and side-by-side shadowing on real transactions. Learning here is deliberate, not "figure it out yourself."
Do you provide leads?
Yes. Our website, SEO, Google presence, and referral network generate inbound buyer, seller, and investor leads that we route to agents who have shown up and done the work. Leads aren't a free-for-all — they're earned and distributed thoughtfully.
Can I keep my current book of business and clients?

How long does the interview / onboarding process take?
Typically 1–2 conversations before a formal offer, then onboarding can move as fast as your license transfer. Most new-to-us agents are writing deals under 764 within 2–3 weeks of their first call.
